Governance and Oversight
CGPG is governed by a Board of Trustees responsible for ensuring that the organisation acts in line with its charitable purposes, maintains financial accountability, and upholds the highest standards.
Management reports regularly to the Board on strategy, risk, funding, and policy compliance. The Chair and Director consult closely on matters relating to governance, ethics, and organisational sustainability.
